Meet The Team
Dr. Indu Gautam
Dr. Indu Gautam is Green Belt Certified in Career Counselling and is associated with Department of Management Studies, Gurukul Kangri Deemed University as Faculty. She is Ph.D., MBA, M.Com and has more than 20 years of experience in academics and training. She has been mentoring students at graduation and post-graduation level and has been actively involved in student awareness and welfare activities.
Dr. Sameeksha Jain
Dr. Sameeksha Jain has achieved notable academic success throughout her career. She is a Gold Medalist from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow (MBA 2007-09 batch) and has qualified UGC-NET in Management. She earned her Ph.D. from Uttarakhand Technical University on Performance Management and an M.A. in Psychology from Uttarakhand Open University. She has authored several research articles published in national and international journals and has presented papers at national seminars and conferences. With over 11 years of experience teaching BBA, BCA, B.Tech., and MBA courses, her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Performance Management.
